Home Shopping

 

With the launch of Insight came the groundbreaking initiative known as MEGA MART.  After months of thorough research, Insight introduced the concept of Egypt's first-ever home shopping catalog.

 

As Insight predicted, our initiative was met with enthusiasm from Egyptian consumers and producers and has experienced great prosperity ever since its introduction in December of 1998 where product sales have noticeably increased.

 

On the one hand, MEGA MART has been able to reach out to a large segment of Egyptian consumers by giving them an extremely convenient service.  This convenience can be attributed to the features that we offer as a part of our service.  First and foremost, our telephone lines are open to customers seven days a week, while we also offer express delivery.  Secondly, we offer a wide range of top quality products at competitive prices, where some of the items available are exclusive to MEGA MART.  In addition to these features, orders and payments are made with extreme ease and this is highlighted by our special incentives and points program that we offer our members.  More and more consumers are now turning to MEGA MART and are capitalizing on the advantages of home shopping. 

 

On the other hand, producers have been wise to take advantage of MEGA MART, one of the most efficient marketing and advertising tools available in Egypt today.  By including their products in MEGA MART, producers are able to reach customers in their homes and offices, thus increasing their market size and client base considerably. 

 

          Initially, MEGA MART was a unique method of selling and promoting products for hundred of consumers and suppliers respectively in a highly competitive retail market. 

         

          Having established a presence in the shopping market through catalogs over the last twelve years and for suppliers that have stores in our shopping catalog.   MEGA MART expanded the functionality of its presence to further enhance the shopping experience and to move into a number of other vertical market segments including going online by building an e-commerce site www.MegaMart.cc with the intention include i.) wider range of products with a frequent update;  ii.)  24 X 7 presence, and iv.) more customer coverage.

 

 

 

 

          Our operation differentiate us by integrating multiple sales channels, including Ads, orders, and shipping.  Thus giving our clients’ customers greater control over our shopping experience.   

 

          Through the tremendous exposure available on the World Wide Web, we anticipate that this integration will give our customers the added value of being online and to increase awareness of MEGA MART.

 

          In addition, we commercially were the first company that introduced the shopping concept through our MEGA MART catalogue in December 1998.  Since its introduction, our high quality publication has provided our customers the ability to purchase products and our suppliers to open 24 x 7 an outlet in a growing number of consumers.
